Abstract

The work is devoted to solving a scientific and practical task, which consists in the development of methods, technologies and means of creating an information system for deciphering images using aerospace technologies. Modern aerospace technologies are a tool for obtaining highly accurate data on the state of the environment, natural-technical complexes and infrastructure facilities. In addition, remote sensing of the Earth (DSR) allows to quickly obtain images of the surface of the studied territory at various spatial and spectral levels, which contributes to a more detailed analysis of ecological processes, monitoring of territories, assessment of the consequences of anthropogenic activities and armed conflicts. In the conditions of the rapid development of space technologies, the application of information systems for deciphering satellite and aerial photographs is relevant. The purpose of the work is to decipher the image to obtain an official object of reliable documentary data about the area and the objects located on it. This includes the identification, analysis and interpretation of the received images for the prompt introduction of changes in the territories, assessment of the condition of infrastructure facilities, natural and man-made systems. The obtained data contribute to effective monitoring and decision-making in the areas of environmental management, environmental protection, as well as in situations related to ensuring national security.
These systems are based on methods of automatic recognition and visual analysis, which allows to significantly increase the speed and accuracy of identification of objects, changes in the environment and risk forecasting. Cosmosphere and others, opens opportunities for detailed analysis of man-made impacts, identification of ecological threat zones, monitoring of the condition of forest areas, water resources and other key components of the ecosystem.
