2017 – defended dissertation for a doctorate in technical sciences at the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, specialty 01.05.02 - "Mathematical modeling and computational methods";
2015 – awarded the academic title of senior researcher in the specialty "Information Technology";
1990 – took advanced training courses at the Leningrad Institute for Advanced Training of Industrial and Municipal Workers in Management Methods and Techniques;
1986 – defended dissertation for the Candidate of Technical Sciences in the Moscow Electro- technical Institute of Communications, majoring in 05.12.16 - "Mechanization and automation of enterprises and communications" and 08.00.13 - "Mathematical methods and applications of computer technology in economic research, planning and management of the national economy and its branches;

1980-1986 – All-Union Research Institute of Postal Services of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR (Kyiv), senior researcher, head of research laboratory, head of research department;
1977-1980 – All-Institute Laboratory of Computer Science of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, engineer, deputy chief of the Mainframe computer.

Research Interests:
My research interests include: research and development of mathematical models, methods and algorithms for solving discrete optimization problems on networks and graphs; mathematical modeling and programming of large-scale network systems with discrete flows and parameters; development and implementation of new information technologies in the management of complex network systems.
Total experience of scientific work - 25 years. I have more than 96 scientific papers on various types of professional activities and 9 certificates of copyright registration for computer programs.
